Virgin Vietnamese Remy Hair on machine weft. Our hair is collected as ponytails and then drawn and hackled to remove the top short hair prior to machine wefting. Each durable, strong machine weft is handmade in the United States and has little to no return (beard) at the weft line.

This is a natural product that has not been processed for color or texture. Because this hair has never been processed, expect some variations among wefts.

Hair in this length range will be anywhere as short as 12" or as long as 15" when the bundle is pulled straight.

Virgin Vietnamese hair ships within 3-5 business days after your order is placed as we require time to wash and prepare the hair prior to shipping.

Returns

Non-Defective Merchandise

May be returned within 14 days of the original invoice date for store credit after obtaining a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Must be returned in original, sealed packaging. Opened items are considered used and are not returnable.
All paperwork, including warranties, instructions and invoice receipt must be included with return.
Subject to a 10% restock fee.
Original shipping and return shipping non-refundable.

Defective Merchandise

May be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for store credit or exchange after obtaining a RMA number.
Merchandise covered by this policy is defined as any item with movable hinges, parts or related components and plug in devices.

Returns without the RMA displayed on the outside packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
