Return Policy

Returns
Feedback is that customers expect to receive personal wear products that are not opened returns and guaranteed new. In order to meet our customers' expectations, all eligible returns must be in original, sealed packaging and unopened. No returns will be honored if packaging is bent or folded or in a condition not originally received. We make no distinction between opened or used items. 

 

Virgin, Unprocessed Hair Only (Belorio, Malaysian Premium, Vietnamese, any hair product labeled "Virgin")
Bulk Hair: All sales final. No returns. 

Wefted Hair: May be returned for store credit minus 10% restock fee when the following conditions are met:

  • Return request must be received within 14 days of the original invoice.
  • All bands securing the weft must be intact and in original condition and placement. 
  • Any tag(s) attached to the weft must be intact and in original condition and placement.  
  • No returns of any weft determined to have been washed, conditioned, combed or brushed. If checking hair for pattern, use cool, clear water on a small section only.
  • Return of hair with odor, including but not limited to fragrance, perfume or smoke, store credit will be denied and you will be responsible for return postage to ship the item(s) back to you.

Due to the unique nature of virgin hair, customer agrees by returning hair, we cannot guarantee a specific length, texture, pattern or color to be available or become available. No products are reserved nor are custom orders created for customers with store credit. Store credit can be used for any available, listed item in our store. 

 

 

Unopened Merchandise
  • May be returned within 14 days of the original invoice date for store credit after obtaining a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
  • Shall be postmarked for return within 7 days after RMA approval
  • Shall be returned in original, sealed packaging
  • All paperwork, including warranties, instructions and invoice receipt must be included with return
  • Subject to a 10% restock fee
  • Original shipping and return shipping non-refundable


Defective Merchandise
  • May be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for replacement after obtaining a RMA number
  • Shall be postmarked for return within 7 days after RMA approval
  • Merchandise covered by this policy is defined as any item with movable hinges, parts or related components, plug in devices or product loss 
  • All paperwork including warranties, instructions and invoice receipt must be returned with the original packaging
  • Spilled liquid inside packaging: All liquids or butters that have the potential to become fluid during transit in warm conditions are sealed to contain any liquid in the event of release. Items are always sealed in clear packaging and spilled liquid can be seen through the packaging. We require any item with loss of product from the container to remain inside the sealed packaging for return. If the sealed packaging has been opened, it is not eligible for return or replacement. 


All Sales Final (No credit, refunds or returns) On:
  • Items where sealed packaging has been opened
  • Items purchased on sale, clearance or promotion
  • Color rings
  • Bulk hair
  • Installed hair. Customer agrees installed hair has passed their pre-install inspection and found to be free of faults and defects. 
  • Removers. We do not refund any liquid item.


No Refunds / No Exchanges - Store Credit Only
