Hair template shields prevent one of the top causes of natural hair damage with hair extensions: poor hair sectioning.

With these multi-sectioning templates, stray or crossover hair stay out of the way of your application area. The worst moment of any install is the takedown when it's realized your natural hair has broken or snapped off at the attachment point and now you have less hair of your own.

Hair shields are important when applying any fusion method as the template also protects the scalp from heat during application and removal.

Priority Express: 1-2 business days. Not overnight delivery for most areas.

Returns

Non-Defective Merchandise

May be returned within 14 days of the original invoice date for store credit after obtaining a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Must be returned in original, sealed packaging. Opened items are considered used and are not returnable.
All paperwork, including warranties, instructions and invoice receipt must be included with return.
Subject to a 10% restock fee.
Original shipping and return shipping non-refundable.

Defective Merchandise

May be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for store credit or exchange after obtaining a RMA number.
Merchandise covered by this policy is defined as any item with movable hinges, parts or related components and plug in devices.

Return Procedure:

To request a return within 14 days of your original order date, go to our Return Policy page and write to us through the link at the bottom of the page.
Returns without the RMA displayed on the outside packaging will not be accepted and will be returned to you.
