Curls better than any other

this hair matches my relaxed perfectly. I agree with the other review that there is no shedding or tangles so far. This curls better than any other relaxed I have purchased elsewhere. I will be back to try the waves. Thank you!!

Dead on match

The texture of this hair is a dead on match. There is little to no shedding and thus far I haven't had any tangles (I've had the hair for about a week). I would definitely recommend this hair to those looking for a realistic relaxed texture. Now I want to try out the others!

Returns

Non-Defective Merchandise

May be returned within 14 days of the original invoice date for store credit after obtaining a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
Must be returned in original, sealed packaging. Opened items are considered used and are not returnable.
All paperwork, including warranties, instructions and invoice receipt must be included with return.
Subject to a 10% restock fee.
Original shipping and return shipping non-refundable.

Defective Merchandise

May be returned within 14 days of the invoice date for store credit or exchange after obtaining a RMA number.
Merchandise covered by this policy is defined as any item with movable hinges, parts or related components and plug in devices.
