Return Policy We accept returns and issue 100% refund or store credit for the purchase price of the item within fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase if the product is in new condition and still in sealed, unopened packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All Products Including Hair: Any item opened and not in original sealed packaging is subject to a 20% repackaging fee. We do not accept back any hair that has been altered (washed, exposed to water/chemical/any substance, brushed, installed, cut, bands or netting removed, etc). Any item originally shipped flat to protect product integrity must be returned flat and in the same condition. Any return involving an item containing pieces (shrinkies, links, etc) will be checked for product quantity. Missing pieces will be prorated accordingly in addition to a 20% repackaging fee. Lush I-tip hair strands are in individual sleeves. If any hair has been pulled out of the sleeve (either partially or fully), the item is not eligible for return.

Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

All store gift certificates must be redeemed within six (6) months of issuance

All sales final on sale, clearance, price match, custom items, hair samples, feathers and hair color rings.

If you have an item for return, please log in to your account and follow the simple instructions on the Product Returns page to receive a Return Authorization Number. Customers who do not have an account with our store, please write to us using the Contact Us link at the top of the page.

Incorrect Item(s) Received or Defective Product Incorrect item(s) received or any plug in device or product with moving parts and components determined to be defective within fourteen (14) days of purchase may be returned for 100% refund or store credit. Customer is reimbursed for return cost based on the lowest calculated rate for distance and weight provided by USPS. We do not reimburse for insurance, signature confirmation or any additional services added on to the return. Refund or store credit will be issued when the item is returned and received by us. If you need the original item immediately, please place a new order.

Requests to Cancel OrderOrders can only be be canceled if the order has not shipped. We do not charge any fee for canceling. Any order containing ESG (or any special order product) cannot be canceled or changed once the customer submits the order. No exceptions. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting.

Out of Stock ItemsWhen an out of stock item is purchased, we will contact you by phone or email within one business day. If no response is received by the next business day, the remainder of your order may be shipped and a refund of the item(s), the associated tax and shipping (if applicable) will be issued. Customer will receive 100% refund if the order cannot be fulfilled or shipped.

Product DisclosureAll hair not advertised as virgin is processed either for texture, color or both.

All hair advertised as virgin has not been processed and is only available in its natural color and texture.

Hair orders requesting two or more bundles of the same color and/or texture, customer agrees they are receiving a product which may consist of natural variations of both color and texture.

To keep our shipping prices low, all hair is subject to being folded or placed in a loose coil for shipping.

All items listing size, length, width, color, pieces, amounts, weights, measurements, or otherwise, are approximations.

The best effort is made to take high resolution photographs to adequately represent the products we offer. Due to camera settings and computer monitor resolution differences, colors may vary from actual product. Color charts for any item are meant as a general guide as there are always slight to moderate shade variations from batch to batch on each import shipment we receive.

Our recommendations, if any, for the use of products are based on tests believed to be reliable. Furthermore, nothing contained herein shall be construed as a recommendation to use any product in conflict with existing laws and/or patents covering any material or use. Since the use of products are beyond our control and the control of the manufacturer, no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to such use or effects incidental to such use, handling or possession or the results to be obtained, whether in accordance with the directions or claimed so to be.

California Sales Tax and California Resellers We are located in California and collect sales tax for all orders shipped within the State of California. Tax rates are imposed by the state and are subject to change according to law.

Resellers within California must provide a copy of their BOE Reseller's Permit. All permits are checked with California State BOE for validity.

Shipping Prior to purchasing any product on this site, Customer agrees to read and abide by all information and instructions stated in our Shipping Policy.

Typographical ErrorsHumans are responsible for building this site. As such, there may be some errors which escaped our attention. Any data on Mane Depot where a price or product information is incorrectly listed due to typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.

Copyrights and Limitation On Use All content in this Site, including layout, design, images, programs, text and other information (collectively, the “Content”) is the property of Mane Depot or licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, display, distribute, modify, publish, reproduce, store, transmit, create derivative works from, or sell or license all or any part of the Content, products or services obtained from this Site in any medium to anyone, except as otherwise expressly permitted under applicable law or by written agreement from Mane Depot. Chargebacks and Disputes When the unusual occurrence of a chargeback is initiated, correspondence with the customer will end and all communication regarding the transaction will be with the customer's credit card company or merchant. Chargebacks are a negative experience for any customer or merchant and can always be avoided by thoroughly reading a product's description and associated links and abiding by the Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy.

When chargebacks are placed, we do not issue store credit or refunds regardless of the outcome. Customers who file a chargeback lose any accumulated store reward points and their store access is suspended. We reserve the right to submit your name, address, phone number, email and IP address into a negative customer database and/or forward your information to a third party collection agency to collect any funds and time lost on a chargeback. Retaining possession of a product and filing a chargeback is theft and will be prosecuted criminally and/or civilly to the fullest extent allowable by law.
