Return Policy No refunds or exchanges. Customer is issued store credit for sealed, unopened items that are eligible for return within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of purchase. All returns must have a Return Authorization Number.

Items eligible for return must have original, undamaged, unaltered labels and tags still attached. Any item shipped flat must be returned in the same condition without bending or folding. Due to the nature of our products, if any sealed item is opened (this includes any outside sealed packaging), the product is considered used and cannot be returned. Please note that sale, clearance, custom items, hair samples and hair color rings are not eligible for return.

All Hair: Must be unopened with original tags, netting or banding in place and still sealed in its original packaging. Only new, unopened items suitable for resale may be returned.

Approved returns are for store credit in the form of Gift Certificate. Certificates are used the same as cash and are good up to 6 (six) months of issuance.

There is a 10% charge on all returned items. Shipping charges are not reimbursed.

If you have an item still in its sealed, unopened packaging which qualifies for return, please log in to your account and follow the simple instructions on the Product Returns page to receive a Return Authorization Number.

Products Returned Without AuthorizationAny product returned without receiving a Return Authorization Number will not qualify for store credit, refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to have the item(s) returned to them. Return shipping costs are based on our site's current postage rates for these items plus a signature confirmation charge.

Return of items without authorization, customer will be sent an email advising them of the return shipping charges and available methods of payment. Returned item(s) are held for a period of 7 (seven) calendar days. If return shipping charges are not received within that time frame, customer forfeits item and it becomes the sole property of Mane Depot.

Requests to Change or Cancel OrderOrders cannot be cancelled or changed. Please ensure your order is correct before submitting.

Out of Stock ItemsEvery attempt is made to keep items in stock, however sometimes demand may exceed inventory. In the event an out of stock item is purchased, we will contact you by phone or email within one business day. If no response is received by the next business day, the remainder of your order will be shipped and a refund of the item(s), the associated tax and shipping (if applicable) will be issued. Customer will receive 100% refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.

Incorrect Item(s) Received If an incorrect item was received and you do not wish to keep it, we'll issue a full store credit when the item is returned and received by us. If you need the original item immediately, a new order must be placed. When an error is made on our part, you are not expected to pay return shipping. Your store credit will include shipping fees based on the lowest calculated rate for distance and weight provided by USPS' online shipping estimator.

Product DisclosureAll hair not advertised as virgin is processed either for texture or color.

All hair advertised as virgin has not been processed and is only available in its natural color and texture. Orders requesting two or more bundles of the same color and/or texture, customer agrees they are receiving virgin hair and each weft or bulk bundle may consist of natural variations of both color and texture.

To keep our shipping prices low, all hair is subject to being folded or placed in a loose coil for shipping.

Dyed human hair extension can lose dye during initial and subsequent washing. Per manufacturers, human hair is thoroughly inspected, washed, cleaned and sanitized according to local regulation prior to receiving dye. It is then packaged for shipment. Just like dying your own hair, shampooing afterwards releases extra dye. We recommend washing all hair before installation to rinse out excess dye color. Vibrant and fancy colored hair typically fades faster, particularly with successive washing and hot styling.

All items listing size, length, width, color, pieces, amounts, weights, measurements, or otherwise, are approximations.

The best effort is made to take high resolution photographs to adequately represent the products we offer. Due to camera settings and computer monitor resolution differences, colors may vary from actual product. Color charts for any item are meant as a general guide as there are always slight to moderate shade variations from batch to batch on each import shipment we receive.

Our recommendations, if any, for the use of products are based on tests believed to be reliable. Furthermore, nothing contained herein shall be construed as a recommendation to use any product in conflict with existing laws and/or patents covering any material or use. Since the use of products are beyond our control and the control of the manufacturer, no guarantee or warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to such use or effects incidental to such use, handling or possession or the results to be obtained, whether in accordance with the directions or claimed so to be.

eChecks, Money Orders, Bank TransferWe accept only United States Post Office Money Orders. Any order placed by money order where payment is not received within seven (7) calendar days, the order is cancelled. We do not refund overpayment of money orders.

We accept Bank Transfer (T/T) inside the United States and Internationally. After funds are sent, it can be placed in pending status for up to five (5) business days. Beginning September 1, 2009 there will be a $20 charge for any T/T under $1,000usd. We do not collect this fee. It is a charge imposed and collected directly by the bank for each transaction.

No order will ship until payment clears.

California Sales Tax and California Resellers We are located in California and collect sales tax for all orders shipped within the State of California. Tax rates are imposed by the state and are subject to change according to law.

Resellers within California must provide a copy of their BOE Reseller's Permit. All permits are checked with California State BOE for validity.

Shipping Prior to purchasing any product on this site, Customer agrees to read and abide by all information and instructions stated in our Shipping Policy.

Typographical ErrorsHumans are responsible for building this site. As such, there may be some errors which escaped our attention. Any data on Mane Depot where a price or product information is incorrectly listed due to typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the customer.
