Shipping

United States Shipping We ship USPS. With all shipping methods (even Express Mail), AK, HI, PR and rural areas may take additional time to deliver. An option to purchase insurance for your order is available at time of checkout. All orders are subject to be signed for at time of delivery. Delivery times are not based on when your order is placed but the day your order is shipped. All orders are shipped from California in the United States.

Shipping Types/Estimated Delivery Time:
  • First Class/Parcel Post (Ground Shipping): Estimated delivery 7-10 business days. 
  • Priority: Estimated delivery 2-3 business days.
  • Express: Express Mail is not overnight or next day delivery in most areas but it is guaranteed to be delivered within 1-2 business days. All Express packages must be signed for at time of delivery. Insurance is included free of charge for all Express shipments valued at $100 or less. If additional insurance is needed, you have the option of adding it to your order at time of checkout. The Express Mail option does not include special holiday or Sunday delivery.
How to check Express Mail delivery times for your area: http://webapps.usps.com/expressmailcommitments/landing.jsp -- enter our zip code of 95319 into the *Origin ZIP Code. Delivery time is based on the actual date the shipper has your order.  If your "Guaranteed Delivery" date falls on a Sunday or holiday, delivery will occur the next business day.

Sundays and observed holidays do not count as business days in the estimated delivery time. 


International Shipping International Shipping

International Shipping (Outside of the USA and Canada)

Mane Depot has partnered with iShopUSA to fulfill orders for our International, APO and FPO customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "International Checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred into an iShopUSA cart. You may pay with International credit cards, PayPal or bank wire transfers. iShopUSA will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Once your order is completed, all inquiries regarding your order should be directed to iShopUSA Customer Service Department.

  • International shipping includes APO and FPO addresses.
  • You will not be able to apply any promotional coupon codes if you are shipping internationally because you will be directed to the iShopUSA cart where it is not an option.
  • Shipping rates posted on our site do not apply to International orders. iShopUSA will properly calculate your shipping for you to see during checkout.

There are NO HIDDEN FEES! All fees will be disclosed when you check out. Taxes and Duties (Landed Cost) will be disclosed to you prior to your checkout. You may choose to let iShopUSA pay the landed fees on your behalf or you can be responsible for those fees when your items arrive.

  • For United States customers, enter your zip code and select "Calculate Shipping."
  • International, APO & FPO orders can estimate their shipping charges in the iShopUSA cart.

Combining ShipmentsWe do not combine two or more separate orders into one shipment. Every order receives a unique invoice number and is shipped in one package.  

Customer Drop-Off InstructionsThank you in advance for understanding that, even if requested, we will not place instructions on your shipment to leave on porches, in driveways, hidden on the property, or to deviate in any manner from routine delivery practices. Any special delivery instructions must be requested by you to your carrier.

When Will My Order Ship? Orders ship within one to two business days after your order is placed, Monday through Friday. This applies to all shipping methods; First Class, Parcel Post, Priority Mail, Express Mail. No order will ship until payment is received and clears. We reserve the right to delay any shipment beyond the above stated time frame if the billing and shipping address do not match and requires additional verification. To ensure the quickest processing of your order, always ship to your billing address.

Order Tracking After an order is completed, all customers receive an email notification with shipping and tracking information.

For registered United States customers with a log in account, you can check the status of your order through our site at anytime.
  • Log in to your account
  • Select "Orders History"
  • Select "Search" and the order you wish to display
  • Select "Order Tracking"
  • Click on "Track It!" and you'll receive the status of your shipment.
For customers who have not registered and completed a purchase, you can copy and paste your tracking number into Google and the information will be readily available to you.

Overdue or Lost Packages If your order does not arrive in the expected time frame, please take into account the estimated delivery times stated above. If the date when your order was shipped and the expected delivery time falls between a holiday or weekend, this will extend delivery time.

Shipping times for First Class, Parcel Post and Priority Mail are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We do not refund orders, reship another order at our expense, reimburse shipping costs, or issue store credit for overdue shipments or orders without insurance.

We understand the frustration when an order is not received in the expected time frame and we will make every effort to locate it for you. If your order is not received within seven (7) business days from the date of shipment, please contact us. We will immediately contact USPS customer service and document an overdue shipment.

USPS does not allow any lost claims to be filed for uninsured First Class, Parcel Post or Priority Mail shipments. We strongly recommend insurance on all orders to protect your purchase.
 

We are not responsible for any fees or costs associated with missed or cancelled stylist appointments or planned installs due to any shipping delays. Purchase your products well in advance of any appointments or events.

An attempted delivery meets the delivery commitment. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to customer not being available to sign for or accept the package.

Do not hesitate to contact us at any time regarding the status of your order.

Tracking Shows "Delivered" Package Not Received If your package was processed through a local post office, tracking details may show "Delivered" once it arrives at the carrier's facility but it may take a day or two to arrive at your address.

If you've waited a couple of days and you still don't have the package:

  • See if someone else accepted delivery. Check with household members, neighbors, building managers, the mail room, front desk, and anyone else who may have accepted the delivery.

  • Look around the delivery location. Carriers sometimes leave packages in a safe, hidden place like on a side porch, in/around your garage, or behind bushes.

  • Check your mailbox. Smaller items or items in soft packages are likely to be delivered there.
  • Check for a parcel locker key. If your mailbox is in a cluster box unit (several mailboxes clustered together) or your package is addressed to a P.O. Box, check your box for a key to a parcel locker where the package may have been delivered.

  • Look for a notice of attempted delivery. You may find an attempted delivery notice in your mailbox or P.O. Box or on your door. Follow the instructions on that notice to request redelivery or pick up the package.

  • Contact the carrier. Ask if they have additional information about the package's location. Have your tracking number handy.

We rely solely on USPS documentation regarding the delivery status of your order.  We do not replace any orders and cannot file any lost claim for any order documented as "delivered."

Insured Orders - United States Customers OnlyU.S. customers have the option of selecting insurance for their order at time of checkout. Select the amount which is applicable for your order. We recommend insurance on all orders. Insurance is inexpensive. You having to replace your order is not.

All products are inspected prior to shipping. We carefully pack your items to ensure safe arrival. Should any item(s) become broken or damaged during shipment, or if the packaging is open and there is loss of contents, you will need to notify USPS to file a claim. USPS guidelines specifically state not to mail the damaged parcel back to the shipper. When filing a claim, your local office will require you bring in your receipt, the damaged item and the damaged package.

The time frame to file your claim is outlined in the above links. We will assist you with any documentation you need to file for insurance reimbursement but we cannot file the claim for you.

Undeliverable or Refused ShipmentsPackages returned to us because of incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, not picked up, marked as "return to sender" or "refused" by the customer, store credit in the form of a gift certificate will be issued to the customer minus a 20% unauthorized return fee. 

In the event a shipment is returned to us through no fault of the customer (such as a damaged label while enroute), we credit the customer's account with a Gift Certificate in the amount of the order. To qualify, the original shipping packaging must not have been opened. All original contents must be in the shipment and sealed in their original packaging.

We do not re-ship returned orders at our expense. If you would still like the products, you are welcome to place a new order.
