Reward Points

What Are They? Reward Points are our way of saying "Thanks!" to repeat customers. Points are credits to your account which can be used just like cash on future purchases. You must have registered an account to receive and earn points. Premium Members do not earn points as they receive immediate discounts on products. Reward Points can only be redeemed by U.S. customers during checkout.

How To Earn Them...Refer A Friend: The more you refer who come back to our store and shop, the more points you'll receive. You earn points, your friends earn points. It's a win/win! Your friend must register with our site using the same email you used to refer them. You earn 50 points per referral and they're automatically applied to your account after your friend's completes an order in our store. Each of your referral friends immediately receives a $5 coupon to use on their first purchase. Conditions apply and are included in their email from us.

Purchases: Earning rate is typically 1 point per $ spent in the store and are redeemed at a rate of 25 points = $1. Select items in our store on sale, clearance and/or custom made products earn slightly less points due to their special pricing.

Testimonials and Reviews: Did you like our products and service? We pay back for positive lip service!

After you've purchased and received an item, log in, go to the product, rate it and write a review. Let us know you did and we'll issue 50 points* to your account. We reserve the right to delete spam, vulgarity, hyperlinks or unrelated comments in the review.
Testimonials and/or product reviews emailed to us earn 50 points* after being posted
Installation photos of hair that are emailed to us for our promotional use earn 100 points*
Create a link to us on the Web: Points are awarded when you write a review and create a clickable link to the item you're recommending to others. The link must be clickable that will forward viewers to the actual product. The review or recommendation must be for an item you have purchased from us. Let us know your Order # and where the link is within 7 days and earn 50 points*. *Maximum earning 50 points per Order #.

Checking Your PointsLog in to your account. Select "My Account" and you'll see the number of total points you've earned. Your Reward Points will also be conveniently displayed for you to view at the checkout page.

Tell Me How To Spend Them Reward Points are used at time of checkout.

In the left column at checkout area click on, "Select a Payment Method."
Select "Points." You'll see how many points you have available to spend.
In "Points Payment" put the number of points you want to apply to your order. If you have enough to cover what's in your cart, your products are FREE!

The easiest way is to enter your entire number of points. Our store is programmed to know just how many points need to be deducted. The remainder will stay in your account. If you don't have enough points to cover your entire order, you'll be given the option to select an additional method of payment for the remaining balance.

Reward Points are not applied toward sales tax or shipping costs.

Can I Lose Them? Yes. Points remain valid for six (6) months from the date of your last point earning purchase and then they will expire. Keep an eye on your point status and don't let them fade away. Any product return that earned points will be deducted from your account. We reserve the right to adjust points according to our policy.
