Reward Points

What Are They? Reward Points are our way of saying "Thanks!" to repeat customers. Points are credits to your account which can be used just like cash on future purchases. You must have registered an account to receive and earn points. Premium Members do not earn points as they receive immediate discounts on products.

How To Earn Them...Refer A Friend: The more you refer who come back to our store and shop, the more points you'll receive. You earn points, your friends earn points. It's a win/win! Your friend must register with our site using the same email you used to refer them. You earn 10 points per referral and they're automatically applied to your account after your friend's completes an order in our store. But wait, there's more! Each of your referral friends immediately receives a $5 coupon to use on their first purchase. Conditions apply and are included in their email from us.

Purchases: Earning rate is 1 point per $ spent in the store and are redeemed at a rate of 25 points = $1. Select items in our store on sale, clearance and/or custom made products already include a discount which may not earn points or qualify for purchase with points because of their already reduced prices. Most virgin hair products are custom made products due to their in house drawing, blending and wefting and do not earn point or they earn limited points.

After you've purchased and received an item, log in, go to the product, rate it and write a review. No need to drop us a note. Once the review is posted, we issue 50 points* to your account. We reserve the right to delete spam, vulgarity, hyperlinks or unrelated comments in the review.
Testimonials and/or product reviews emailed to us earn 50 points* after being posted
Installation photos of our hair products that are emailed to us earn 100 points* after being posted.
Mention Us On The Web: We pay back for positive lip service. Linking back to our store and products with positive reviews on items you've received earns points! Let us know your Order # and where the link is within 7 days and earn 50 points* per unique URL. *Maximum earning 100 points per order.

Checking Your PointsLog in to your account. Select "My Account" and you'll see the number of total points you've earned. Your Reward Points will also be conveniently displayed for you to view at the checkout page.

Tell Me How To Spend Them Reward Points are used at time of checkout.

In the left column at checkout area click on, "Select a Payment Method."
Select "Points." You'll see how many points you have available to spend.
In "Points Payment" put the number of points you want to apply to your order. If you have enough to cover what's in your cart, your products are FREE!

The easiest way is to enter your entire number of points. Our store is programmed to know just how many points need to be deducted. The remainder will stay in your account. If you don't have enough points to cover your entire order, you'll be given the option to select an additional method of payment for the remaining balance.

Reward Points are not applied toward sales tax or shipping costs.

Can I Lose Them? Yes. Points remain valid for six (6) months from the date of your last point earning purchase and then they will expire. Keep an eye on your point status and don't let them fade away. Any product return that earned points will be deducted from your account. We reserve the right to adjust points according to our policy.
