Returns

Return PolicyThe return policy is outlined in Terms & Conditions which was agreed to before purchase. Please refer to the policy before requesting a return.

How To Request Authorization For ReturnPlease follow the below steps:
  • Log in to your account
  • Click on the button "Orders History"
  • Click on the "Search" button to bring up your past orders
  • Select the Order #
  • At the bottom of your invoice select "Create Return Request." The process is simplified with easy drop down boxes
  • Select the product for return and select the reason for the request
  • Click "Submit" and we'll receive your request.
Please allow at least one business day for a response. Ensure your spam filters do not block our reply.

Why Isn't There A Return Option For My Item?If you do not see the option to return an item, that item either was not eligible for return or the time limit has passed to qualify for return.

  • Log in to your account
  • Select "Orders History"
  • Click on the "Search" button and select the applicable order
  • Click on "Order Returns"
  • Select "RMA#"
  • Click on "Print Return Slip" (if you have pop-up blockers on, you will need to turn them off)
  • Print the return label
After Return Is Approved/Printing Your Return LabelYour RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) is a uniquely assigned number belonging only to you. It may only be used once.

Packaging Items For ReturnReturn items must be postmarked and shipped back to us within three (3) days of the date your return was approved. Any returns postmarked beyond three (3) days will be refused.

All returns must include the invoice received with your order and any special packaging or instructions that came with the product.

All returns must be packed with due diligence to ensure product safety. Glass or any fragile item must be sufficiently protected in bubble wrap, peanut cushioning or any suitable packing material to ensure protection. Any item originally shipped flat to ensure no bends or folds in the product must be returned in the same condition. Broken, damaged, folded or bent items are unsuitable returns and will not receive store credit.

Sufficient postage must be attached to your return. "Postage due" packages will be refused.

Your RMA number must be displayed and visible on the outside of the return package. Returns without the RMA number will be refused.


Item Successfully ReturnedWe inspect returns to ensure product integrity and that all seals are in their original condition. Returns which followed all stated guidelines, customer will be issued store credit according to our Terms & Conditions Policy.

Products Returned Without AuthorizationAll unauthorized returns are subject to being refused and returned back to sender. Any product returned without receiving a Return Authorization Number will not qualify for store credit, refund or exchange. Customer is responsible for shipping charges to have the item(s) returned to them. Return shipping costs are based on our site's current postage rates for these items plus a signature confirmation charge.

Any item returned without authorization or returned without correctly stating its true condition, customer is to contact us for a cost estimate to have the order returned to them. Returned item(s) are held for a period of 7 (seven) calendar days. If return shipping charges are not received within that time frame, customer forfeits item and it becomes the sole property of Mane Depot.
