What Methods of Payment Are Available? Payment Options

Payments By PayPalSelect the PayPal option at checkout.

PayPal provides 24/7 transaction monitoring and is a leader in security technology, using state-of-the-art fraud prevention to help stop cyber crime. PayPal lets you send payments securely online using a credit card or bank account. When you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't ever see your credit card or bank account information.

Your information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available).


Unconfirmed Address For customer protection as well as our own, we reserve the right to cancel and refund any order when billing and/or shipping address is unconfirmed. We will cancel your order in our system, refund your entire order cost to your method of payment and advise we only ship to confirmed addresses.

There are several ways to confirm your shipping address on PayPal:

  • Add a credit card to your PayPal account. By adding a credit card to your account, PayPal can attempt to confirm your address with your credit card company. If the credit card company is not able to confirm your address, you may be asked to complete the Expanded Use enrollment process to activate your credit card. Your address can be confirmed after that process is complete. Note: Not all credit card companies are able to confirm addresses.

  • Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If approved, the address on your application will be a confirmed address.

  • Complete Alternate Address Confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts.

Western Union Western Union offers an extremely easy and affordable online payment system. Sending a payment by Western Union can cost as little as $14.00usd.

To help offset this small fee, we'll offer an alternative shipping method of Global Priority Mail to our International Customers. This may significantly reduce your shipping charge. In some cases, we will even issue you store credit in the entire amount of your Western Union fee. Contact us for information on the minimal purchase amount required if you would like to use this option.


Bank Transfer (T/T) Transfers are available for specific transactions. Contact us for this option.

Money Order and Cashier Check Payments Add the items to your cart and proceed to checkout. Select the shipping method you prefer and if you wish to add insurance to your order. At checkout, click on "Select a Payment Method" and select "Check/Money Order" and then submit your order. If you have Reward Points, you can use them also. We receive notification of your order immediately after it's placed and an invoice is e-mailed to you.

Money order and cashier's checks require verification and may cause a delay before shipping your order. If overpayment is sent, you will be issued a gift certificate in the amount of your overpayment which can be used same as cash in our store. If underpayment is sent, your order will hold until the remainder is paid. If payment is not received within fourteen days, the order is cancelled in our system.

We do not accept personal checks. All personal checks will be destroyed.

Notifications From Us After OrderingSeveral notifications by e-mail will be sent to you after placing an order. Please ensure your spam filters do not delete these messages. You can preset your e-mail program to add manedepot.com in your safe sender list or safe domains list. Refer to your individual mail programs for instructions.

  • After your order is placed, you will receive an invoice. This invoice is a receipt which will show the date and time the order was placed, your order id#, the delivery method you selected and all information regarding your order including the items selected.

  • An additional e-mail will follow when we have registered your order for shipping.

  • The final e-mail will notify you your order is "completed." This e-mail will include the tracking and/or confirmation number attached to your order. If you are a registered customer, you may log in to your account and check the status of your shipment at any time.
