Machine Wefted Hair Extensions Remy hair on a machine weft is sewn in correct cuticle alignment starting near the weft with the cuticle direction flowing down to the ends. The hair basically hangs like a curtain. Machine wefted hair can be sewn with either cotton or nylon thread in a multiple stitch pattern that holds the hair in place. There can be a short fringe of hair right below the sew line of the weft. This is called a return (or some call it a beard). Machine wefted hair can be installed by a sew-in method, rings, taped or bonded in place. |
